Collaborative Leadership Seminar: Building Relationships of Influence
Entrepreneurs and top leaders are faced daily with many challenges. Decision-making and problem-solving are their bread and butter. Through the work we have done in the past 30 years and the case studies we have conducted, we found out that the most important part of leadership is to manage collaborative relationships across the board. This seminar is organized by Lattice, Poxibilita, and CKL Africa.
We have found and focused on the four most relevant areas for Collaboration Relationship Management and designed a method to develop the practical skills needed to govern these pivotal areas. In this seminar, you will not only understand the method but will be immersed in it, learning by experience how to implement it in your daily affairs. The case study has been conducted with 40 Top Managers of Xerox Global, EMEA, and Italy. It reports the answer to the same questions before and after the program.
The seminar will adopt a group coaching style with exercises and simulations.
