Racha holds an MSc in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management from Wageningen University, Netherlands, with aquaculture as a specialisation, and a BSc in Biology from the American University of Beirut. Racha has worked with Skretting Africa before and Tunga Nutrition where she was the Commercial Manager, East Africa. She has vast experience managing and mentoring sales and teams in order to grow businesses. She has also launched several global fish feed products and services across several operation companies globally. She has a remarkable record analysing market segments and identifying new business opportunities for companies to expand their customer base through gaining new key accounts and distributions.
